Owen Klinkon is a filmmaker and visual artist based in Los Angeles who specializes in art, fashion, and design-based video. He collaborates with artists, fashion designers, musicians, architects, and brands to tell engaging, visually striking stories, working with both live-action and computer-generated imagery. His work ranges from music videos to installation video art for runway shows at New York Fashion Week.

A graduate of the Tisch Film program at New York University, with a dual-major in art history, Klinkon brings a multidisciplinary artistic background to his filmmaking. His visual language stems from a wide-ranging appreciation of the arts. He is also an accomplished writer, named NYU’s Herman J. Wechsler Research Scholar in Fine Arts and serving as editor of the art-historical journal Ink and Image. His thesis on Cubist painting and French modernist architecture awaits upcoming publication.
